EMOM Timer ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our application.

1. Information We Collect

EMOM Timer is a client-side application. Most of your data is stored locally on your device. However, if you choose to connect to Google Fit, we may access certain information from your Google account.

Google Fit Integration

If you authorize EMOM Timer to connect to Google Fit, we will request permission to:

• See and add to your Google Fit fitness data (e.g., workouts, calories, duration).
• See and add your location data if you enable the "Include GPS Location" setting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information accessed from Google Fit solely to:

• Log your EMOM Timer workouts to your Google Fit activity history.
• Sync your fitness streak across devices where you use EMOM Timer.
• Include location data in your workout logs if you have explicitly granted permission.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your workout settings and streaks are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB or LocalStorage. Google Fit data is stored on Google's servers and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Your Choices

You can disconnect Google Fit from EMOM Timer at any time through the settings panel. You can also manage or revoke permissions through your Google Account security settings.
