The application allows you to sync data with Google Fit. Your use of Google Fit is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
EMOM Timer is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMOM Timer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the application.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
